LAUNCH is managed by Francesca and Marc, and comprised of a team of eight senior experts across branding, strategy, innovation, design, and marketing. 

We consider ourselves to be quite agile, which allows us to expand as needed based on your targeted challenges and goals. Our model is designed to deliver unique thinking that creates groundbreaking, ownable, and differentiated work, ‘launching’ your brand to the next level.

Francesca Allevato, Partner

Francesca has nearly 20 years of experience in the world of innovation. She has innovated and created brand strategies for some of the biggest global brands, helping create, differentiate and launch successful challenger brands to ideating new products.

From innovation, brand strategy, naming and product ideation she’s been able to reinvent, reposition and reestablish new, tired and saturated brands, launching them into new territories through her innovative and strategic thinking and expertise.

With 18 years of experience under his belt, Marc has helped build and successfully launch brands through his branding, creative & innovation expertise.

Marc’s philosophy has always been centered on a powerful notion, ’Ideas without Borders’, which challenges conventional thinking and uncovers new emotional connections for products and brands. He likes to ask the tough questions, start a debate, and break new ground so brands and people can flourish.
